Living Places grew from three friends with a passion for preserving land. Started by Raven, an herbalist and biochemist, and Nuri, a biologist, the initiative connects people who want to protect nature with the people caring for it. Jaguar Preserve, near Santa Marta, Colombia, is our first project.

Living Places is the proposed platform. Each project keeps its own identity, location, budget and agreements. Amala Terravida, founded by Raven and Claudia, is the proposed Colombian operator; its legal details and authority remain to be verified.

Every project must show its commitment, funded period, budget and updates. Landowner information, team reviews and independent verification will be distinguished.
Real amounts will be set with the pilot budget. You do not need a crypto wallet. If we offer an NFT in the future, it will be optional: never required to support a project or receive payments. It will not grant land ownership or carbon offsets. Blockchain may add traceability; field evidence is still needed.
Initial carbon screening is part of the proposed service. Specialist development requires a separate optional agreement, clear costs and an assessment of what landowners would receive.
Rights review → feasibility → development agreement → validation and monitoring → verification → issuance, if approved → sale and distribution. Eligibility, credits, buyers and income are not guaranteed.
Guardian contributions support stewardship; they are not sold as carbon offsets.
